General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jaaa9 platform and all its services. Accessing the jaaa9 website, application, or any related service means you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. jaaa9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; registered members will be notified of significant changes.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at jaaa9, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a valid individual and operate the account in your own name.
• All information provided in your account must be true and accurate.
• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the jaaa9 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

2.3 Identity Verification

jaaa9 may verify the identity of an account holder at any time. The right to suspend or close an account is reserved if the required documents for verification are not provided.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

jaaa9 currently supports transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method.

Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals on verified accounts are processed faster.

• Withdrawals will only be completed via the same deposit method used.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
• jaaa9 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the event of suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to claim a bonus through dishonest means may result in account cancellation.
• jaaa9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are kept separate from regular betting; bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.

VIP Program & Cashback

jaaa9's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tiers can be reached through regular participation. VIP benefits are at jaaa9's discretion and may change at any time. Applicable terms may apply to cashback after it is credited and before withdrawal.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaaa9 platform:

• Operating an account in the name of a minor or ineligible person.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonus benefits through fraudulent means (bonus hunting, account sharing).
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or jaaa9 staff.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

Violating any of the above rules will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Decisions

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless the result remains undetermined due to a technical error. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7.2 Technical Issues

Rounds or bets that remain incomplete due to system errors, network disruptions, or game software issues may be voided. In such situations, jaaa9's decision is final.

7.3 Fair Play Guarantee

jaaa9 is committed to operating a safe and fair platform. Our games are provided through accredited software providers and are secured with SSL encryption technology.

Limitation of Liability

jaaa9 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service on its platform. However, jaaa9 will not be liable in the following cases:

• Failure or slowness of third-party internet services.
• Issues with the user's own device or connection.
• Unexpected technical events beyond jaaa9's control.
• Losses caused by errors in information provided by the user.

jaaa9 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jaaa9 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected by jaaa9's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by jaaa9

jaaa9 may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information.
• Failure to meet legal obligations.

Legitimately earned balances (excluding bonuses) may still be requested for withdrawal after account closure.

Entire Agreement Provision

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jaaa9 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
